A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright
Monitor and ingest internal and external threat reports, feeds, alerts, and additional sources to maintain subject matter expertise on the latest adversary campaigns and tacticsRegularly develop and deliver intelligence briefings and reports to cross-cyber functions, leadership, and other business units.Aid in the build-out and continued operationalization of our Threat Intelligence PlatformAid in the capability and process of leveraging analytic techniques to characterize and link suspicious SCE network traffic to external malicious indicators. Contribute to other various cyber threat intelligence program functionsThe essentialsFive (5) years of cybersecurity experienceTwo (2) years in a cyber threat intelligence functionExperience developing and providing technical cybersecurity briefings and reportsExperience in incident response, threat hunting, and/or other SOC functions.The preferred Adversary infrastructure link analysis leveraging tools such as maltego or similarOperating a functional threat intelligence platformExperience with advanced intelligence and structured analytic techniquesYou should know This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
