- Execute payroll responsibilities, which may involve handling draft check requests
- Administer human resources tasks like preparing and updating employment records
- The Clerk II role falls under the category of Non-Exempt positions as per the Fair Labor Standards Act
- Typically, this position reports to either the HR Manager or the General Manager, depending on local guidelines
- High School diploma or GED certificate is required
- Basic proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
