Description

As a visual designer, you'll be translating complex requirements from different stakeholders into delightful visual experiences. Work ranges from concept creation, to detailed design specifications. You will work with other designers and stakeholders on reimagining and refining the visual look and feel of our native Mac app, as well as several web based products. Responsibilities include the evolution of our design system across the platform as well as our brand. You have a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for typography, iconography and color. This is a fast paced agile environment with quick turn around times.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in design, graphic design, visual communication or relative field
  • Online portfolio
  • 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer
Preferred Qualifications
  • Designing for enterprise software
  • A strong portfolio showcasing the way you think and work.
  • Projects that describe who motivated the design, what influenced decisions, and how you delivered the solution.
  • Skills to iterate and move features forward with stakeholders, including engineering and product management.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
