Receives initial trouble reports from customers and provides basic technical support to correct customer problems. Opens and prioritizes trouble tickets. Assigns repair requests to technicians and coordinates technician response and follow-up for more complex issues. Monitors various network equipment for alarms and clears trouble according to designated procedures.
