Responsibilities include facilitating and coordinating care through evidence-based practices in alignment with the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System. You will also provide guidance and direction to team members to enhance the quality, safety, and excellence of care.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will offer leadership to support program initiatives focused on delivering high-quality, safe, and excellent care. Additionally, participation in improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) to enhance and advocate for the area of specialty is essential.

Implementing specialty area initiatives as directed by nursing and medical leadership will be part of your role, all within a clinical environment that fosters service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Current registered nurse license in Maryland state or licensed in a compact state
  • Current BLS AHA certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) experience
