Justin-Siena is a Lasallian Catholic college preparatory school. Position Summary

Justin-Siena High School is seeking to hire a teacher qualified to teach all levels of math, including Honors Pre-Calculus and Calculus. This position is for the school year.

The candidate is expected to plan, organize, and implement instructional activities that facilitate active learning. Additionally, we seek candidates who model and support our Lasallian Catholic mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Teaching credential in Mathematics preferred
• Strong commitment and desire to work with youth and adults in a collaborative environment Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate within the Mathematics Department to investigate, develop, and deliver our curriculum.
  • Advise a small group of students.
  • Intentional focus on student achievement.
  • Grade student work and maintain/update grades.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and instructional teams.
