Responsibilities Perform the installation maintenance and operation of computer systems. Perform Tape Media off-site processing.

Monitor and analyze common issues and take steps to reduce or eliminate them and collaborate with other IT personnel and seek help from supervisors to develop relevant solutions Maintain equipment inventories and request the order of supplies and hardware accordingly.

Qualifications and Expertise Associate's degree or higher in computer science or related field or equivalent experience in IT Infrastructure support.

5+ years of IT experience Knowledge of Windows and Unix Operating Systems Knowledge of Computer Hardware Installation Best Practices. Basic Understanding of Networking Technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
