They are looking for a committed, hard working Heavy Equipment Mechanic with experience repairing and maintaining Heavy Equipment such as Case, Caterpillar and Komatsu Heavy Equipment at their in-house site shop.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work in-house at the site shop.
  • Experience repairing and maintaining Heavy equipment such as Case, Caterpillar and Komatsu Heavy Equipment.
  • Work in a safe manner, understand OSHA standards and maintain a clean workplace.
  • Experience using diagnostic software such as CAT ET a plus.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Proficient knowledge of diesel engine and hydraulics diagnostics and repair.
  • Perform complex operations including engine, electrical, fuel, hydraulic, brake and tests.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment noting mechanical or safety issues.
  • Must be able to operate basic tools and specialty tools.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable and show up on time.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

  • 3+ years' experience/or training/classes in repairing and maintaining Heavy Equipment such as Case, Caterpillar and Komatsu Heavy Equipment.
  • Driver's License (required).
  • Computer and Mathematical Skills.
