As an avionics installer/technician, you will be tasked with the installation and maintenance of electronics systems and avionics instrumentation. Installers/technicians will perform moderate to complex electronic and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. All Avionics Technicians are responsible to the Avionics Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

Accomplish removal, replacement and repair of component parts and aircraft systems as directed by their manager
Keep informed of all procedures, methods and practices performed by the repair station and to seek out all available information pertinent to the function
Ensure that all the repair station's test equipment and tools are in serviceable and working condition
Maintain the repair shop in a clean and orderly manner and that all equipment and tools are returned to their proper place to preclude loss or damage
Ensure that they have been provided with all the necessary technical data to complete his function
Notify the Chief Inspector immediately of any condition, operation or function of the maintenance operation that is unsafe or not in compliance with FAA Regulations or company policy and procedures
Complete all paperwork and reports in connection with their function
