Florida Woman Care is seeking aFull-time Certified Nurse Midwifefor it's affiliated practice in beautiful Sarasota, FL.This opportunity provides excellent mentorship.
Certified nurse midwife (CNM) is responsible for working closely with both gynecologic and obstetric patients, assisting in births, and providing health care to women post-pregnancy. The CNM will assist with prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, and may also provide reproductive care, treatment, and education to female patients.

Join an established and successful practice that has served the Sarasota community for over 20 yearsLarge single-specialty group - 5 MDs (4 OB/GYN), 3 Midwives, 9 Nurse Practitioners75 Deliveries per month as a group / 15 patients per day in officeFull Scope of office and hospital5 offices - Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and Port Charlotte - candidate has flexibility on where they are basedRotating call schedule with the ability to pick your call daysDelivering hospital: Sarasota MemorialCompensation/Benefits Highlights:

AMCB Certified Nurse-MidwifeGraduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) licenseCPR and NALS CertificationCurrent Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtainOne year of full-time experience as a CNM is preferredComfortable with High-Risk OBNew Graduates Welcome to ApplyCity/Location:
