Summary: We are looking for a qualified, compassionate and experienced individual to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in Skilled Nursing, detail oriented, aware of surroundings, meticulous at taking notes/charting, and able to follow and/or help develop client care plans. This will include the responsibility of performing In home Initial Assessments & Reassessments for our clients

Assignments vary based on client location (Atlanta Metropolitan & Surrounding Counties)

Schedule:
Mon-Sat 7a-7p (times & days varies-flexibility encouraged)



Job Description:

Initial Assessment, Re-Assessment, Skilled Nursing Visits (RN only)

Re-Assessments (RN & LPN)

Pay:

$45/hr RN

$35/hrLPN

Contractor: 1099

Pays travel time

Flexibility in Scheduling

Requirements to start:
Active RN/LPN license

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
Take pride in providing high quality care
