Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Temp/Term Appointment Authority to Meet Critical Hiring Needs to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

About the Position: The primary purpose of this position is to support the Realty Operations and Realty Services Branches of the Real Estate Division and its mission to provide acquisition, management and disposal of real estate for the Civil and Military projects.



Duties
  • Obtains leases of real property required within the military boundaries of the Seattle District.
  • Coordinates with GSA for lease of Government-controlled space.
  • Conducts standard negotiations for the purchase of real estate of civil and military projects within the military boundaries of the Seattle District.
  • Compiles data to determine comparable rents and ascertain if rent is fair and reasonable.
