The assistant medical director along with TeamHealth support staff, will strive to maintain a strong partnership between TeamHealth and the facility, resulting in the highest quality of patient care.
Other position highlights include but are not limited to:Manage program to achieve clinical, operational and financial goalsStrategic planning responsibilities such as physician communications, business development, care strategiesParticipate in clinical oversight of the practiceParticipate in recruiting efforts, orientation and on-boarding of new cliniciansMonitor individual hospitalist performance, provide feedback and coordinate interventions, complete routine performance reviews as neededWork with regional medical director and vice president of operations to adhere to the facility contractual requirements and operating budget and ensure client satisfactionIn today's hospital medicine environment, you're asked to deliver patient care with a high level of confidence.
