Temp Receptionist (Leeward Side #OFFICE_INDEED

Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to assist with answering phone calls and greeting visitors from May 24th through June 14th.

The ideal candidate will have previous clerical experience and be able to start ASAP and commit through June 14th.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay
$16 an hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Previous clerical experience required.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hardworking, reliable, trustworthy.
