Customer Service Representative

Description:

-Taking inbound calls from Clients who have rented equipment from Crown, and that equipment has broken down

-Input work order/initiate invoice

-Send work orders to technicians

-Translating what the technicians are doing into a billable state so the customer can receive their invoice

-Could be helping with dispatching from time to time

Qualifications:

-1-2+ years of customer service experience (can also be dispatching experience, call center is a plus)

-Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

-Customer service experience - will be taking calls from upset customers, so need to have thick skin

-Initiative to run their own day and be a team leader

Reliability is HUGE for this team

-Ability to multi-task and speak and type at the same time

-Ability to type 35+ wpm
