Job Description
Develop, track and report metrics to evaluate overall effectiveness of agency's recruiting process, tools and systemsAssess external competitor trends and internal employee turnover patterns to recommend changes to the existing recruitment activities to meet changing market conditionsManage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of serviceResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationAttend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition as neededDevelop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruitingConduct pre screening interviewsMaintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information SystemAssist in performing reference and background checks for potential employeesAssist in preparing offer packagesUse social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
