We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Lead Engineer

What you'll do:

Exercise independent judgment to lead engineers

• Lead in the development, code review, and standards of applications using React, NodeJS, and GraphQL

• Implement solutions in cloud environments leveraging Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure

• Translate graphic designs into production ready products

• Work with enterprise architecture resources to provide technical expertise

• Partner with Product Owners to identify technical requirements and functional needs of upcoming features.

• Act as the coach and mentor to engineers (sr, mid, jr) on their assigned project tasks

• Develop a cohesive team and ensure their continued success.

Preferred experience:

6+ years of experience in engineering, planning, managing, delivering, implementing and monitoring solutions in a complex business environment.

• 2+ years demonstrated leadership experience in complex business and technical environments.

• Knowledge in Jira/SVN/Git source code/JDBC.

• Troubleshooting and Performance tuning.

• Cloud Experience with any of these (Google cloud platform, AWS or Azure)

• Troubleshooting and Performance tuning.

• Advance level of English is a Must

• Work Location: Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey

• Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days at the office.
