Job Description
Purpose
Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
Independently perform Senior level support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks. Drives technical, safety, and process improvement efforts using a variety of industry methods. Responsibilities
List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.
Adhere to Abbvies code of conduct
Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding; Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops.
Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines
Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc.
Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Significant Work Activities -Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
Qualifications
Qualifications
List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
Proficient user of Abbvies CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS Windows.
Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
In some Abbvie Maintenance organizations, electrical skills and knowledge is required
