Description & Requirements

As a Firm Support Specialist at FORVIS, you will provide support and assistance to all employees and partners of FORVIS and perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the market or office team.

How you will contribute:

  • Establishing and maintaining a rapport with internal clients and vendors
  • Assist with restocking supplies and facilities support
  • Support for other FSS team members
  • Formatting and editing Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by the engagement teams
  • Ensuring documents are satisfactorily and consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback
  • Receptionist, as needed
  • General administrative office duties (mail, file, copy, bind, lunches, meeting set up, etc.)
  • Occasional errands (post office, etc.)
  • Correspondence and other administrative assistance/support for partners and managers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software, systems, and processes in support of varying operational responsibilities
  • Two+ years of related experience in a professional office environment
  • Intermediate proofreading and editing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in a related field
  • Three+ years of related experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
  • Advanced proofreading and editing skills
