Senior Design Manager

We are seeking the right candidate to provide design delivery leadership for our largest infrastructure and water resources design projects.
Description:

This senior level position involves managing wastewater, water resources, and infrastructure planning and design projects, as well as maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Job Expectations:
- Manage and execute work on wastewater and water utilities, industrial facilities, stormwater facilities, and more.
- Work on engineering designs including reports, construction plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates.
- Direct multi-discipline design project resources and interface with Clients.
- Ensure projects meet budget and profitability goals.
- Contribute to maintaining existing clients and developing new relationships.
- Provide specialized consultation, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Participate in enhancing company resources for improved design production.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for technical meetings.
- Supervise and mentor project engineers for project delivery and professional growth.
- Supervise direct reports, evaluate performance, and provide mentorship and training.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- B.S. degree required, M.S. degree preferred in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- 10 to 25 years of related experience preferred.
- Professionally registered Civil engineer required.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience in marketing, proposal writing, and public presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position varies based on location, skills, experience, and education.
