Responsible for conducting employee health programs, performing duties such as counseling, education and training, preventive health screening, disease detection and health maintenance programs.

Perform basic occupational health screening of incoming employees.

Perform regular coordination's with the military community, local and state public health departments, other military treatment centers, the office of the Surgeon General and the Centers for Disease Control and prevention.

Responsible for planning, designing, and carrying out the Occupational Health and Communicable Disease/Epidemiology Program.
Supervise employees assigned to the Occupational Medicine section. Assigning work to subordinates, setting priorities for operation of supervised staff and set objectives for completion of work.
