Loyalty Rewards Intern

The Loyalty Rewards Intern for Wild Rewards assists with the development and day-to-day execution of Customer Sales and Service activities and events; including tasks associated with the Wild Rewards program, providing support with game day needs, administrative projects, the development of relationships with Season Ticket Members and support of other related initiatives.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Maintain inventory and organization of items in relation to 4Ever Wild Rewards program.
- Facilitate 4Ever Wild Rewards membership maintenance and other projects as assigned.
- Contribute item and content creation to 4Ever Wild Rewards website.
- Assist in the coordination of game day responsibilities, events and activities.
- Staff customer sales and service booth(s) during events and provide event support.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Season Ticket Member events and initiatives including pre-game, promotional, and fan events.
- Maintaining and updating the 4Ever Wild Rewards platform and monitor different programs during home and away games.
- Manage miscellaneous administrative assignments.
- Monitor the 4Ever Wild Rewards inbox and response to Season Ticket Members issue and requests.
- Other tasks or duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Formal Education and Experience
- Recent college graduate.
- Customer service or sports industry experience preferred along with a degree major in areas of sports management, retail management, sales, marketing, communications and/or business management or relevant work experience.
Knowledge/Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Creative minded individual looking to continually improve processes and overall customer experiences.
- Diligent work ethic with desire to contribute time to multiple department projects.
- Coachable, open to learning and accepting to feedback.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as on a team.
Work Conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Available through June 2025 or the end of the season.
