Developing new methods, approaches and procedures in the assigned specialty area(s) to improve quality assurance, find efficiencies, and improve requirements tracking.
Conducting analyses, troubleshooting, and recommending resolution of issues affecting the assigned specialty area(s).Developing metrics for evaluating and/or monitors the accomplishment of IT goals and objectives.
Developing, implementing, or coordinating activities designed to ensure, protect, and restore IT systems, services, and capabilities.
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software to ensure the availability and functionality of systems.
