Spherion Staffing is currently seeking a Sales Representative for a local security company located in Cape Coral, FL. We are seeking a sharp and professional candidate with Sales experience and someone who is seeking a long term opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Utilize quoting software and other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a national background and drug screening
