This position is part of the Learning and Development team and will be located Onsite in Lodi, California. This position will be Onsite Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30am. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Train Manufacturing associates on Processes, Standards, New skills, etc.
  • Facilitate on-the-job Manufacturing training daily in the Manufacturing environment and coach and train associates in various settings: 1-on-1, large group, small group, etc.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions on various topics such as new hire orientation, products, manufacturing process, quality, computers, etc. as needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Training, Facilitation, or Teaching

The hourly range for this role is $ This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
