Job Summary:

This role will be based in our newly renovated office within J&J's Raritan, NJ campus and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust forecast models to deliver annual longrange financial plan, portfolio prioritization, sensitivity analysis, and strategic opportunity assessments.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration of forecasting models with overall business strategies, competitive intelligence, and market research.
  • Lead discussions and collaborate with business partners (global and regional) to formulate and validate key assumptions for forecast models.
  • Provide analytics support for pipeline products, including collaborating with external data providers and global/regional business partners to develop and maintain KPI dashboards.
  • Identify and deliver innovative opportunities which will streamline and enhance the forecasting process.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity in forecasting models and analytics reports.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on forecasting methodologies and provide guidance and support to stakeholders across different functions.
  • Monitor and evaluate key market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments to provide insights for forecasting and business analytics.
