Overview
Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical group, has multiple opportunities at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest in the newborn nursery for outstanding Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to join our team of experienced providers.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will work with pediatricians, neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to care exclusively for newborn patients.
- Work directly along side 3 other PNP\'s in a well established NBN with an average daily census of 22 patients.
- Responsibilities include: Perform physical exams on all newborns, round with the attending pediatrician/neonatologist, complete documentation and billing, alternate taking one week of night call per month.
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
