Your Focus

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to ensure performance aligns with brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
  • Address guest complaints by researching situations thoroughly and finding effective solutions.
  • Focus on enhancing guest satisfaction scores and overall experience.
  • Engage in lobby ambassador activities to build relationships with guests for return visits.
  • Manage front office operations in absence of higher management.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks like balancing accounts and conducting audits.
  • Take reservations and promote marketing programs.
  • Welcome and register guests, provide necessary information, compute bills, and handle payments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and appearance of public areas meet standards.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Background and Skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Context

  • Varied work schedule including shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Tasks involve standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
