Position Summary
This position works on a residential team reporting directly to the Director of Academics & Student Life to provide a high quality academic and residential curriculum. The position will work collaboratively with dining, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, as well as golf coaches, and other Golf Performance Center staff members. This is a unique role that includes both morning and evening hours to best support our student-athletes' needs, growth, and development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all student-athletes. Support student-athletes during set morning academic times and evening study hall. Check students in/out utilizing our student life management system. Help student-athletes maintain the cleanliness of their rooms and common areas. Hold student-athletes accountable to rules and regulations as outlined in our handbook. Monitor the dining hall during meal times. Create and implement on and off campus student life activities. Communicate regularly with the Director of Academics & Student Life regarding student-athlete behavior, academic and/or social issues, maintenance issues, or any other concerns. Drive shuttles between Golf Performance Center sites, airport runs, and local golf tournaments. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience. Valid driver's license and comfortable with driving transit vans. Ability to set clear expectations and boundaries and hold student-athletes accountable. Experience working with students, ideally in a residential setting. This could include as a camp counselor, RA, classroom teacher, or in a similar capacity. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Organized and detail oriented. Positive attitude, flexibility, sense of humor and patience.
