Summary

About the Position: This position is located in the Information Technology (IT) Department, Naval Health Clinic New England (NHCNE), Newport, Rhode Island. The incumbent reports to the Site Manager, IT Department, NHCNE Newport. This position covers the planning and coordination of the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software for workstations and VTC systems.

Duties
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade VTC equipment and software updates.
  • Provide technical support and training to end user.
  • Design systems that meet the organization's business technical requirements.
  • Deliver IT services that are responsive to the customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to analyze relevant data to conduct analyses.
