Ariba Product Manager

The following position is open in Kentucky, United States.

The Ariba Product Manager/System Administrator is the primary person responsible for global system administration within Beam Suntory and is the main point of contact with Ariba, as well as partners with the key stakeholders within Beam, included but not limited to Source to Pay (S2P) Process Owner, IT, Procurement. Continually seeks ways to improve efficiency and identify value opportunities and to standardize global processes. This position is pivotal in processes, governance, and daily functionality/usage, including participation and leadership of key projects related to Ariba.

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for administration of the audit trail log for Integration failures
  • Troubleshoot initial cause of failure and partner with IT/Ariba to resolve
  • Main escalation point of contact from stakeholders and Ariba
  • Responsible for driving user adoption from stakeholders for the application
  • Hold training sessions as needed for any user adoption issues
  • Ariba system quarterly releases testing (Regression testing)
  • Responsible for the long-term needs of the application and driving changes to Ariba with IT support/leadership
  • Responsible for any data migration with IT support
  • Provide direct feedback on the Ariba quarterly business review
  • Manage any change management for the application with stakeholders
  • Manage change control meeting with key stakeholders for minor application changes
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs/market trends
  • Main point of contact for any of the systems integrated with the Ariba
  • Troubleshoot Invoice issues
  • Partner with Global Process Owner to define data quality and governance
  • Administrator for the application:
    • New custom fields/Modifications to existing fields
    • Modifications of pricing or financials – new catalogs and vendor pricing/updates
    • User Management –Request and approve users/roles to Security team
    • Workflow changes and template management
    • Support configuration management in alignment with IT
    • Custom report creation and support
  • Responsible for the system running as expected including service tickets, troubleshooting any issues, and assigning to the appropriate resource, as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent focused in Finance or Operations
  • 2 to 5 years of business experience with Ariba or similar tool
  • Demonstrated success with SAP supply chain and source to pay processes
  • Technical capabilities in Ariba
  • Excellent business acumen and solid presentation skills
  • Proven track record working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Office
