Job Description

Oracle NetSuite Production Designer - IC1

Seeking a highly motivated and talented Production Designer to join the Creative Design and Branding team at Oracle NetSuite, with a unique focus on experiential and event design. This role will work in collaboration with the marketing team at large.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a design-related field.
  • A strong portfolio, showcasing a range of innovative design solutions.
  • Relevant work experience with in-house creative team.
  • Highly proficient and skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Manage project deliverables with appropriate direction and reference.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and present rationale behind the work. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Understands how to design for multiple media and build files for print, digital, and responsive web.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Capacity to handle numerous projects, tight turnaround times, revisions and technical challenges effectively.
  • Good sense of classic typography and modernist design principles, but comfortable in a variety of styles.
  • Self-starter and able to prioritize given responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Follow a detailed plan with moderate scope and technical complexity on delivery of marketing content and message on website. Creates web pages including layout, user interface graphics, navigation and functionality. Test user interfaces for web-based products. Assist with new user interface testing and participate in usability reviews to get feedback on new designs. Partners with web administrators to implement pages or applications into production. Remain current on user interface design trends and programming techniques and suggest new tools and methods as necessary.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.57 to $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
