Role: FIELD SERVICES AND DESKTOP MANAGEMENT.

Location: Houston, USA.

Required Qualifications:
  • We are looking for End Point Patch Management, Field Services for all offices including endpoints IMACD/Break fix and Audio Video device. Trains user support specialist and service desk technicians in operation and issue resolution if required. Provides installation and solve backup to user support specialists.. Responds failures and works with service providers to resolve discrepancies and acts as the interface to technology providers providing software tools and services. Manages desktop/mobile/peripheral software environment including Software inventory Software license compliance Software suitability within server and network environments.
  • Build VBScript PowerShell and other scripts for integration and installation automation and manage end user profile data related to Windows EUC applications. Identify appropriate unattended packaging methods for software applications and produce. Ensure user acceptance tests are completed and critical defects addressed. Packages for deployment using appropriate tools including Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM formerly SCCM) to maintain the EUC estate to ensure that it is secure up to date accurately configured and measurable. Audit changes and compile reports on usage and licensing to ensure the estate is aligned with appropriate policies and standards. aLiaise with IT teams and/or external suppliers for change and implementation activities for applications in line with the IT Services Organisational Change Policy.
