Retail or management experience is highly preferred. This position is primarily seasonal - May-October with potential hours in the shoulder seasons.

Tasks will include all those completed by a sales associate with additional resposibilities as listed below:

Greeting customers when they walk through the door
Guiding customer purchases with helpful knowledge of artists and makers of the products
Ringing up sales, use of Shopify POS, counting out register
Setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
Keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Restocking and reorganizing and merchandise
Social media engagement
Inventory management
Schedule and coordinating with other employees
Cash management
Aid in ordering merchandise
Online order packing
