  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p plus call every 5 weeks.

  • Scope of Work : We currently serve patients with chronic metabolic conditions, primary care, management of chronic disease prevention, care for minor illness and injuries, and health care maintenance utilizing consultations and community resources when available and appropriate. Usual diagnoses/conditions treated are thyroid disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes mellitus, obesity, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, malaise, fatigue, anxiety, depression, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chest pain, Gerd, and preventative visits such as cancer screenings. Point of care testing and lab services are provided on site.
