Crewleader Job Description

Qualifications

1. Cross trained so they can work ALL positions.
2. Passed ALL STAR guide tests.
3. Have worked for you at least six months.
4. Have proven themselves to be a dedicated, loyal employee that is hard working.
5. You can count on them not to take shortcuts, but will do things the right way.
6. Are willing to train new employees or help cross train others.
7. Leads others by example.
8. Comes to work on time, in uniform and is ready to work.
9. Is willing to help out the management team when asked to stay over or come in early or work on scheduled day off.
10. Takes pride in the job they perform.

Duties

1. Performs their job to the best of their ability.
2. Assists management by making sure others are doing their job correctly. This includes, but isn't limited to portioning, packaging, temperature controls, quality etc.
3. Training both new and existing employees.
4. Adheres to company polices and practices and reports situations that may become issues.
5. Works in a manner that is respectful to others and free of discrimination, harassment and inappropriate conduct.
6. Complies with Sonics food safety program.
7. Immediately responds to guest requests in a respectful manner. Reports guest complaints to a manager immediately.
8. Reinforces to crew members the importance of placing guests' needs first.
9. In emergency situations only, can run shifts for a short period of time.

3. After one year of performing as a crewleader they get paid vacation time equal to 1⁄2 of their normal work week.
4. After two years of being a crewleader they will receive a full week of vacation equal to the number of hours they normally work.
5. Will have the opportunity to have the same insurance as the assistant manager. We pay half and the employee pays half.
6. Will have the opportunity to learn management duties and skills that could benefit them later.
