Oregon Custom Cabinets is currently hiring for Cabinetry Assembly (full time / four day work week):

At Oregon Custom Cabinets, we build a wide range of cabinet styles, all fully custom. We are a customer service based business, providing quality products to our customers.

The Assembly position will require experience necessary to assemble face frame and European cabinet boxes.

The qualified applicant must be able to read, understand, and communicate with sales and design staff , co-workers, and management regarding shop drawings and designs, have the required skill set necessary to operate pneumatic fasteners, table saws, vertical panel saws, and general woodworking hand tools.

Cabinetry Assembly Position $25- $30 per hour (DOE)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of previous work experience in the cabinetry field
  • Lift and move cabinets / materials (25 lbs.-100 lbs. various sizes / this is a physical position)
  • Ability to work with or without direct supervision in a team environment
  • Must be able to read and communicate with sales and design staff , co-workers, and management regarding shop drawings and designs
  • Able to stand bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Excellent attendance
  • Must follow company safety rules, wear required PPE, and appropriate work attire
*Applicant must be 18 years old or older

Other Desirable Skills or Attributes Include:

  • Previous experience in cabinetry field or custom woodworking
  • Previous experience driving a delivery truck
  • Experience with shop tools
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment
  • Positive Attitude

  • Works well in a team environment
  • Good hand/eye coordination
