Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity/some risk management or internal auditing experience
  • Some experience with any of the following risk domains: Mortgages, personal finance, compliance, data security, technology infrastructure, vendor oversight or capital markets
  • Experience performing basic data analysis
  • Experience with professional writing and data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of risk management or internal auditing experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry
  • Experience using GRC or IRM tools

Job Summary

As an Associate Enterprise Risk Specialist, you'll analyze the root cause of identified risks as well as the effectiveness of the risk management process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior team members to perform risk identification and analysis
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather data, metrics, or other information
  • Research, review and draft summaries of findings
  • Draft and present narratives surrounding the Company's risk exposure and corresponding options / recommendations for resolution
  • Communicate risk information with team members, leaders, and executives
