Nevada Copper (TSX:NCU) is a copper producer and owner of the Pumpkin Hollow copper project.Located in Nevada, USA, Pumpkin Hollow has substantial reserves and resources including copper, gold and silver.Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade underground mine and processing facility, which is now in the production stage, and a large-scale open pit project, which is advancing towards feasibility status.This position will also provide expert technical guidance for the mine engineering discipline for operations and project works.Accountability: The Senior Mining Engineer reports to the Chief Mine Engineer on all aspects of administrative and technical operations.Responsible for delivering monthly production reconciliations Execution of select projects and support of others' projects Development and communication of mine plans and strategies to support evaluation and senior management decision-making regarding risk and value profiles of mine plans.Knowledge/ Education: The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Mining Engineering Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years' experience in Technical Services experience in underground mining environment preferred.Self-selected clothes are required for protection in an underground work environment.
