Purpose of the Role

Represent the Global COE team in the Global blueprinting of the new planning solution (o9) across the End-to-End Planning function as the business leader for the Supply Planning capability. Help define the business requirements within the new solution and lead the implementation, change management, and adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging your expertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of a new enterprise business process, ways of working and tools across the business, removing barriers and being an ambassador, role model and change agent among the X-functional teams and end user communities.

* This role will be 100% remote based.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Supply Planning functional area.
  • Act as a process owner for the Supply Planning functionality (business design and process sign-off).
  • Assess key opportunities that could be solved through o9 implementation.
  • Lead the design of future state business planning process.
  • Assess change impact analysis across x-functional teams.
  • Secure integration across x-functional processes.
  • Act as Key Subject Matter Expert and facilitate discussions with key Stakeholders.
  • Manage the decision-making process / change management activities.
  • Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios.
  • Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiatives.
  • Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver.
  • Perform detail reviews of all project deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in tests & cutover.
  • Co-create o9 adoption strategy across Supply Planning capabilities.
  • Anticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriers.
  • Define Business Champions and Key User Community that will drive deployment.
  • Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAU.
  • Key member of new planning tool governance.
  • Drive participation in the Global Planning (COP) Community of Practice.
  • Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design.
  • Participate in various workshops, steering committees, and design sessions.
  • Responsible for successful delivery of implementation of KPI's.


Requirements for Role:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • 5 years / Strong experience in Supply Planning (Master Planning & Materials Planning)
  • Deep expertise in Planning.
  • Knowledgeable in Commercial and Manufacturing processes to ensure seamless end-to-end process adoption.
  • O9 / SAP knowledge about Master data governance (Product, Entity, Customer).
  • Prior experience in implementing new planning solutions is preferable.
  • Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new possibilities.
  • Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working with an eye for best-in-class capabilities.
  • Agile and Growth mindset.
  • Strong stakeholders' management and influencing skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building.
