Farm Laborer
Job Overview: Primary tasks include harvesting, packing, planting, weeding, mowing, pruning, and mulching. In this low-till farm, mulches and cover crops are used extensively and most tasks are done with hand tools or small mechanized equipment. The farm is focused on meeting the needs of tribal members and the Community's food institutions. Applicants should expect to work hard and keep up a strong pace in all types of weather. We appreciate motivated people that work well with others, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy challenging themselves to consistently deliver better results, and faster (but not hectic). The position requires flexibility and occasional overtime.
