Lead Stockroom Clerk, Day Shift, Materials Management

As a Lead Stockroom Clerk, you will:
• Ensure that all standards and logistics of the department that impact the work flow process are met.
• Ensure Patient Charges are entered in accurately and timely
• Ensure effective operation between point of use (POU) and main inventory system and the physical maintenance of items as is corresponds to the process data.
• Identify, pick, and distribute inventoried stock items to maintain par levels for assigned departments.
• Know where all items are kept in the Storeroom.
• Ensure supplies delivered in timely and accurate manner.
• Interact with external and internal customers for supply needs.
• Communicate issues with Materials Manager and customers.
• Perform duties and special projects as assigned.
• Fulfill Inventory Stock Requests submitted through MMIS
Qualified candidates will possess:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service related field
• Experience in stockroom or warehouse preferred
• Experience in coordinating staff assignments
• Experience with automated inventory management systems
Work Schedule:
Day Shift - 6:30AM to 3:00PM with rotating weekends.

Tobacco and Drug Statement

("Nicotine products" include, but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, hookah, and nicotine replacement products (e.g., nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, etc.).
