Position Summary:

PopSockets is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assortment Coordinator to join our Global Marketplaces team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch of new products across global Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Marketplaces team by coordinating all assortment information to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all new product launches and exits
  • Conduct retail readiness audits to ensure all pages are fully optimized, comply with brand standards and retail partner requirements
  • Maintain calendar of events including launch campaigns, holidays, marketing campaigns, content schedules, and promotions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global Marketplaces team and other departments involved in product launches
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product listings, pricing, and content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide regular updates to team on assortment, launch status, risks, and opportunities
  • Maintain list of launch SKUs; coordinate product set up, inventory timing, creative set up, and launch execution for each product
  • Assist in product catalog management including product lifecycle and metadata maintenance
  • Assist in site enhancements to ensure a best-in-class customer experience across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or relevant work experience
  • Interest in, or desire to develop, data management and data analysis skillset
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Must be resourceful, collaborative, and a creative solution-seeker
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
