Benefits of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- $20-$22.50/hr BASE; earn more with no benefits (Full Time only), up to $25.87/hr. PLUS $2/hr shift differential Mon-Friday; ADDITIONAL $1/hr on Sat/Sun. Compensation based on years of experience, date of certification/licensure, and compensation package selected (earn more with no medical benefits, Full Timers)

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - Not accepting CNAs in training or temporary certifications and we cannot accept Home Health Aides
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen
Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Review care plans daily
- Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty.
- Inform the Nurse Supervisor, LPN, or RN of any changes in the resident's condition
- Attends and participates in continuing educational programs
- Wash wheelchairs, walkers, etc., as instructed.
- Clean, disinfect, and return all resident care equipment to its designated storage area after each use
- Record the resident's food and fluid intake
- Provide daily Range of Motion Exercises
- Assist in ADLs
