\tAs a Crop Claims Intern, you will spend nine weeks of your time in the program to foster development of in-field procedural loss adjustment knowledge while working alongside the adjusting staff. This will require travel throughout the geographic area of San Antonio, Texas. Primary Responsibilities\r

\t\tGain in-field training hours of loss adjustment procedures\r
\t\r
\t\tDevelop and implement performance and developmental coaching plans with the support of your manager\r
\t\r
\t\tImplementation, monitoring and follow up of effective profit improvement plans for assigned territory\r
\t\r
\t\tBuild relationships with immediate and broader QBE team\r
\t\r
\t\tRequired Qualifications\r
\t\r
\t\tCompletion of High School Diploma/GED\r
\t\r
\t\tFull-time current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Insurance, Risk Management or Agriculture\r
\t\r
\t\tMust be returning to college/university upon completion of internship\r
\t\r
\t\tCourse work or relevant experience with demonstrated achievements\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to work from June 3rd, 2024 to August 9th, 2024\r
\t\r
