Grand River Academy is seeking a full-time Science teacher.

Grand River Academy is a college preparatory boarding and day school located in Austinburg, Ohio, that serves over young men in grades 8-12, with a post-graduate option.

Housing is available for the successful candidate.

Job Description
Responsible for teaching high school physics and other science courses as assigned by the head of school. Plan, organize, teach, and provide feedback to direct student learning in keeping with Grand River Academy's mission statement.

Prepares and delivers instructional materials. Provides feedback on students' progress, submits lesson plans, student attendance, grades, and other information as requested by the administration.
Maintains professional standards
Does other duties associated with a boarding school setting as assigned by the Head of School.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required
Teaching experience a plus
Must either already have an Ohio Educator License or be able to obtain a non-tax Educator License
