Duties

As a IT Specialist you will:

  • Monitor network architecture and infrastructure; analyze network workload; monitor network capacity and performance; diagnose/resolve problems.
  • Develop backup and recovery procedures; and/or install, testing, maintain, and upgrade network operating systems software.
  • Research, evaluate, and provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements.
  • Develop and maintain problem tracking and resolution databases.
  • Create, modify, and manage user accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
