This is a dynamic opportunity to be on-site at the 2024 U.S. Open, located at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, 80 Carolina Vista Drive, Pinehurst, NC The event runs from June 6th through June 17th.
Position Summary:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be representing one of Winston's clients at this location. The main focus is sales generation, customer service, and maintaining the best visual presentation while handling a fast-paced environment. This role requires you to follow the dress code of Khaki or navy-blue bottoms and you will be provided with a Brand top to be worn during the event.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner and interact with the customer as they enter the storeDetermine the customers' needs and give them product features and benefitsKeep the sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stockedUnpack, hang/fold merchandise, and secure security tags when neededAdhere to the work schedule, and commit to the duration of the projectQualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a sales associate with an apparel, accessory, or footwear companyEngaging personality with a passion for golf (preferred)Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-taskExemplary customer service and ability to handle a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift to at least 25 pounds and stand on feet for the entire shiftTechnology: A smartphone is required for reporting purposes; tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS 12.0 or greater.
