Are you a seasoned DevOps professional with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency through automation and collaboration? We're looking for a talented DevOps Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment processes.

Here's what you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
  • Develop and maintain robust automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes.
  • Drive improvements in system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the DevOps team and across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our DevOps practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Here's what you need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience managing, building, and mentoring teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in a senior DevOps role, with a track record of successfully leading teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools and technologies, such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, and their application in microservices architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in CS or other relevant field of study
  • Aviation experience
  • Backoffice and B2B aviation software experience
