Outpatient Therapist - Mighty Makers Program

Parkside seeks an Outpatient Therapist to supervise and lead the Mighty Makers program.

This full-time position (M-F) offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mighty Makers program, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on resilience and emotional wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement innovative treatment plans tailored to the needs of children (ages 512) and their caregivers.
  • Utilize biofeedback technology and the Mightier app to support child selfregulation and emotional visualization.
  • Document and monitor responses to therapeutic interventions, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Coordinate program services with internal providers and community professionals, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health.
  • Work as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the success of the Mighty Makers program.
Master's Degree in a related field from an accredited university.
Oklahoma LCSW, LPC or Licensed Ph.
D. Psychologist in good standing.
Possesses a strong commitment to patient well-being and safety.
3-5 years' experience working with children ages 5-12.
Previous trauma informed care is preferred.
Must be willing to travel short distances from hospital (with 10-25 miles).
